K7 — Narrative Digital Environments
A practice that builds scenes around what cannot be said out loud — where silence is the precise weight of what remains.
@Paul Souche
Souche's practice builds cinematic scenes around psychological states that have no direct language — giving them a space precise enough to be witnessed. The work constructs environments where the viewer's own unspoken weight finds form, and recognition arrives before understanding. Each composition is built in a single session — because revision would soften what the first move already knew, and the work demands the full weight of that initial decision. What remains is a scene that knows more about the viewer than the viewer expected.
Those who recognise themselves in what they were never supposed to feel — collectors of quiet intensity, and anyone who has ever mistaken sensitivity for weakness.
